How It Works

The patented, spring-loaded Green Hinge System® automatically adjusts each door panel to compensate for warped walls, misaligned tracks, and uneven surfaces. This creates a tight seal at the door’s true sealing surface, the outer panel edge, eliminating air gaps and improving overall door performance.

Unlike traditional weather-stripping that degrades over time and provides little insulation value, the Green Hinge System is built to last and can reduce air gaps by up to ¼ inch, helping lower heating and cooling costs. Many users see a return on investment in as little as 1.5 years.
